Can someone explain what a reverse mortgage is?

Leila Perrin, vice president of marketing for the Greater Houston Better Business Bureau recently won the prize basket Lion's Eye Mortgage gave away at the 2007 Awards for Excellence luncheon. It was a great time and Leila was so happy to win this awesome prize.
